Calculating new tax cards gulped a major chunk of the working hours of tax clerks. With the Tax Card Online service citizens can re-calculate their tax cards online. During the first three months, over 100,000 tax cards were calculated online.

Automating the management of broadband subscriptions
Using CCC’s solution broadband operators can automate the service supply chain from sales up until the finished installation. The solution also enables self-services for broadband subscribers on the operator’s web pages: the broadband subscription and extra services (e.g. e-mail, broadband TV) are activated and documented to billing and service systems automatically. In an optimal scenario, after the sales, personnel resources are not needed at all.

Ratkaisu tehostaa tuotantoa, helpottaa kieliversioiden hallittavuutta, tarjoaa säästöjä, parantaa laatua sekä nopeuttaa dokumentointia ja pitää sen ajantasalla.
