Since 2007, CCC has been a framework agreement supplier of technical IT consultancy for public administration in all eight separate sectors put out to tender. Sectors for the services to be supplied are as follows:

- integration services (interfaces)
- database services

Management consultancy
CCC was selected as a framework agreement supplier of consultancy services for the management of public administration for years 2009–2012. The agreement covers the following sectors of consultancy services:
- development of the strategic management and highly skilled work
- development of the operative activities, processes, services and work community
Several Finnish and international companies specialising in business management consultancy were involved in tendering. CCC was selected based on experience within the network created by it, references and organisational efficiency.
The framework agreement on management consultancy complements CCC’s aim to specialise in software solutions for the statutory tasks of public administration and in consultancy supporting this aim. ‘This agreement provides an opportunity to develop the management consultancy in parallel with the business project activities and IT consultancy during the next four years’, says Jorma Kallio, CCC’s Managing Director.
